Marcos surged to 26 percent in February from 25 percent in January. This placed him in a tie with Senator Chiz Escudero who had 26 percent, down from 28 percent in January. This is the first time that Escudero has relinquished the lead in the VP race. Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo was third with 19 percent from 17 percent in January. Senator Alan Peter S. Cayetano was fourth with 16 percent, down from 14 percent in January. Senator Gringo Honasan obtained was fifth with 6 percent, down from 8 percent in January. Senator Antonio F.
